RETURN POLICY
Returns & Replacements
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable. Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable. Please email info@maritimegloucester.org with your Order # and we will begin your return process.
All returns should be shipped to the following address:

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) your refund will be submitted, and an email confirming your refund will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. Refunds take approximately 5-7 business days for processing once the item has been received at our facility.
Canceled Orders
Every effort is taken to process and ship orders shortly after they have been received. If a request to cancel an order comes in prior to the Museum Store shipping it, a full refund can be provided. If the request to cancel is received after the item has shipped, you will need to refer to the instructions for "Returns & Replacements" above.
